All International Shipping orders are delivered by either one of the courier service: UPS, DHL, TNT, and FedEx.

*Please allow addition 1 - 3 working days for the adminstrative process. The delivery working days showed during checkout is an estimate.

 

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the following countries:

Pre-paid (Delivery Duty Paid) :
United States, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Macau.

Delivery time stated in the check out to the destination country is just an estimate and does not include customs delay. Green Chef Singapore will not be responsible for any delayed packages due to customs clearance.

 

Tax & Duty

Any custom, taxes or import duties are calculated during check out. However, please bear in mind that we have no full control over the exact accurate tax and duty as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In the event where a customer is asked to pay any additional charges or taxes during customs clearance, Green Chef Singapore is not responsible for the charges or reimbursement. We will strongly encourage to check with local customs office before placing an order to avoid any disappointment or unexpected charges.

 

International Shipping & Delivery Terms & Conditions

All international orders will be dispatch 1 - 3 working days.

In the event that a part of your purchases is unavailable and removed from your order regardless of any reasons, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed. 

 

Do note that there will be no shipping reimbursement in the event of refunds and exchanges. 

 

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us. You can then arrange an alternate delivery address. 

 

In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect/incomplete/invalid shipping address, relevant shipping charges will be requested to facilitate the re-shipment of your package.

 

In the event where delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the parcel to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

 

(1) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

 

(2) no longer make the parcel available for delivery or collection.
